This speedy smoothie bowl is a great way to boost your breakfast with added nutrients. Spinach and cucumber give the smoothie its color but won’t overpower the sweet pineapple and berries.
Ingredients
- 1 cup packed Nature's Promise ® Organic Fresh Spinach
- 1 cup frozen pineapple and/or mango
- ¾ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup chopped cucumber and/or celery
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
- 2-3 ice cubes
- ½ cup protein granola
- ½ cup mixed berries
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened flaked coconut
- 2 Tbsp. Nature's Promise ® Chia Seeds
Steps
- In a blender, combine spinach, pineapple or mango, yogurt, cucumber or celery, almond milk, ginger, if using, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth, 1–2 minutes. Divide between 2 bowls.
- Top with granola, berries, coconut and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
