Start your day with this vibrant green smoothie bowl. Ready in 10 minutes, it’s a quick and nutritious way to enjoy a balanced breakfast or snack, topped with granola, berries, and chia seeds for added crunch and flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup packed Nature's Promise ® Organic Fresh Spinach
- 1 cup frozen pineapple and/or mango
- ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup chopped cucumber and/or celery
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
- 2-3 ice cubes
- ½ cup protein granola
- ½ cup mixed berries
- 1 tbsp unsweetened flaked coconut
- 2 tbsp Nature's Promise ® Chia Seeds
Steps
- In a blender, combine the spinach, pineapple or mango, yogurt, cucumber or celery, almond milk, ginger, if using, and ice cubes. Blend 1–2 min., until smooth. Divide between 2 bowls.
- Top with the granola, berries, coconut, and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
