Pile tikka masala–sauced chicken on toasted kaiser rolls and top with an easy 2-ingredient coleslaw for a flavor-packed, family-friendly dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups shredded cooked chicken
- ½ (15 oz) jar Patak's ® Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
- ¼ cup cilantro leaves
- 1 cup store-bought coleslaw
- 6 kaiser rolls, halved
Steps
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the chicken and sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Microwave on high 2–3 min., until chicken is warm.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the cilantro. In a medium bowl, combine the coleslaw and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Toast the rolls until lightly golden brown. Divide chicken among rolls and top with slaw. Serve immediately.
