A quick homemade Caesar dressing and crumbled Parmesan crisps make these grilled hot dogs fun, easy, and really fast, too.
Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) pkg Nature's Promise ® Organic Grass-Fed Uncured Beef Hot Dogs
- 8 Ball Park Hot Dog Buns
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup crumbled Parmesan crisps
Steps
- Set grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill the hot dogs 6–8 min., until browned, turning occasionally. During the last minute of cooking, place the buns, cut-side down, on grill. Toast 30 sec.–1 min., until lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice and season with salt. Add the lettuce and toss until coated.
- Place 1 hot dog in each bun. Top each hot dog with salad and the Parmesan crisps. Serve immediately.
